Q: Is there any non surgical way to enlarge a penis, or breasts?
A: The desire to enlarge a man's penis has become one of the great targets of the unscrupulous marketer - as the spam in your e-mail can attest. Hardly a day goes by without claims of "unbelievable growth", "amazing results", "male enhancement", "and greater satisfaction". Fact is, there are pills, patches, exercises, pumps, crèmes, and tractions! But none can produce penile enlargement on a long term basis. Some have some serious drawbacks, like a loss of sensation and tissue damage. In the end, the only thing experiencing "unbelievable growth" is the wealth of the scam artist who can attain "amazing results" by playing on the insecurities of many of us men. As brainless as all of these gimmicks are, they still seem preferable to a group of procedures with the ominous name of "phalloplasties"(or surgical enlargement of the penis). Most of us feel very strongly that a scalpel and our penis shall not meet, except under extraordinary circumstances.
Equally deceitful are the quack claims for products claiming to enhance the bust of a woman. The pills, crèmes, suction devices, exercises, and various other gizmos claiming to change a B cup into a D cup, are unproven, mostly of absurdly dim-witted mechanisms. Some contain estrogens, but at doses much too low to have any measurable effect on breast growth. These too take advantage of a person's insecurity about their bodies.
As one of the "lucky" people in society who have been given the role of viewing many, many people with their clothes off, I have news for you. Nearly all of us are not that great looking with our clothes off. We all-and I mean all- have various blemishes, cellulite, moles, wrinkles, unwanted hair, and worse that would require work by a cadre of air brush artists should we ever decide to model nude.
