The Flame apologizes for running the article, "Paranoia in the Gambling Den" (Sean Murray, Mar. 1, 2010), which covered the UIC Men's Tennis Team. The article was intended to propose that people placing bets against the UIC athletic teams would soon lose their money due to the Men's Tennis Team's winning streak. The Flame appreciates your support, and for the inappropriate and disrespectful diction in the article as well as any misrepresentations of gambling that were insinuated, we sincerely apologize for any hurt and offense we may have caused anyone.
